International Museum Day is celebrated on May 18th each year. 2024's theme is Unlocking Knowledge: Museums for Education and Research. 

Museums are dynamic educational hubs that foster curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking. In 2024, we will acknowledge their contribution to research, providing a platform for exploring and disseminating new ideas. From art and history to science and technology, museums are vital spaces where education and research converge to shape our understanding of the world.

For International Museum Day 2024, we want to invite people to rethink education and imagine a future where knowledge-sharing transcends barriers and innovation unites with tradition.
